St David's High School value the importance of a good transition from Primary school. This is why we have developed a  programme to ready pupils for the move up to High School.  We understand this can be a real challenge for a number of young people which is why we also have opportunities for enhanced transitions from those in need of this additional support.  The outline of some of this programme is detailed below:

Pupils identified as requiring an enhanced transition may have additional 1-1 visits or in small groups or alternatively attend our outdoor learning  transition days.
